Medium / intense fruity The Terre di Zaccanello agricultural estates extend to the north east of the Agrigento coast, in Racalmuto. A land rich in citrus fruits, almonds, carob trees, pomegranates and prickly pears. Dominating the lands, however, is the olive grove, with the Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Gioconda and Bella di Spagna varieties, each characterized by different aromas and flavors. The spearhead of the company, Notte Tempo comes from special nocturnal harvests, aimed at safeguarding the olives from light stress and heat. It is in limited and numbered production and has been the winner of several international awards. Certifications: IGP Sicily Olive campaign: 2023/2024 -

Medium fruity The fruity notes of Ogliarola Barese are intense and persistent, varying from yellow fruit to green apple and surprise the palate with a light spicy and a vegetable of fresh almond and artichoke. This variety of olive is also known by the names "Cima di Bitonto" and "Paesana" but Oro di Rufolo simply calls it "Ogliarola" because its origins are clearly imprinted in the organoleptic profile of the resulting oil. Perfect for any preparation, use "Ogliarola" extra virgin olive oil for fresh salads and raw fish or as an original topping for ice cream. Olive campaign: 2023/2024 -

Intense fruity Élite pitted is part of a limited production obtained only in a very short period of the oil campaign. The best combination of the right degree of ripeness of the olives, the particular climatic conditions, the aid of processing techniques such as vacuum kneading and pitting allow us to obtain an oil with a complex organoleptic expression. Soft and silky on the palate, it releases pleasant olfactory sensations ranging from hints of aromatic herbs, rocket, chicory and artichoke. Intense and pleasant the spiciness and bitterness that harmonize on the whole palate in a persistent way. An ideal extra virgin olive oil on legume soups, baked porcini mushrooms and tuna salads. Light / medium fruity The De Gregoris olive farm is located in Sonnino, in the province of Latina, an ancient village of medieval origin built on the top of the Sant'Angelo hill, 450 meters above sea level, in the Ausoni mountain range. A place rich in history and mysteries, hardly visible and not very accessible from any direction, a refuge for terraced olive groves of exclusively itrana varieties. In this fascinating landscape, Gregorio De Gregoris, in 2011, decides to leave the construction sector to return to the origins in what has always been a family tradition: olive growing. "Olitrana" is Gregorio's uncompromising point of view on a quality extra virgin olive oil. Alone as an Itrana variety, this extra virgin olive oil has a high level organoleptic profile, balanced and persistent bitter and spicy, accompanied by an elegant hint of tomato, the typical and unmistakable one of the Itrana variety. Ideal with artichoke salads, vegetable soups, sauces with fresh tomato and basil, fish or beef tartare and more generally Mediterranean cuisine. Olive campaign: 2023/2024 -

Intense fruity It was Luca De Filippo who gave this oil the name Ostro, a name dear to the seafarers, the name of the wind that blows from the south and swells the sails to bring back home and which curiously combines both with the toponymy of the estate than with the proximity of the sea. Shiny green with golden reflections. Dense and enveloping. It has an impressive olfactory power: it amazes the sensation of green, fresh, herbaceous with clear hints of wild herbs and a delicate note of celery. On the palate it explodes with bitter hints of thistle and artichoke leaf. On the palate, it enters decisive and persistent with an amazing spicy finish reminiscent of pink pepper and an interesting reference to rocket, typical of Leccino. A strong oil, suitable for large dishes, especially for game and red meat. -

Medium fruity The Croci oil mill was born in 2004, with the idea of creating a family-run mill that prioritizes quality over quantity and olive yield. While it is true that to get a great oil you first need healthy, quality olives, harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed in the shortest possible time, it is also equally true and proper to understand that the mill affects 50 percent of the quality of the oil. Prima Oliva IGP extra virgin olive oil is made from the first olives harvested in October, respecting the Tuscan IGP production specification. It is cold pressed at a temperature of 24° and follows an exclusive processing to obtain a unique oil. It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under nitrogen.
