The Croci oil mill was born in 2004, with the idea of creating a family-run mill that prioritizes quality over quantity and olive yield. While it is true that to get a great oil you first need healthy, quality olives, harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed in the shortest possible time, it is also equally true and proper to understand that the mill affects 50 percent of the quality of the oil.

Prima Oliva IGP extra virgin olive oil is made from the first olives harvested in October, respecting the Tuscan IGP production specification.
It is cold pressed at a temperature of 24° and follows an exclusive processing to obtain a unique oil.
It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under nitrogen.

Fragrance: Medium-intense fruity oil with hints of freshly cut grass, green tomato and balsamic notes of thyme and rosemary.

Taste: fresh olive flavor with slight hints of harmonious and balanced bitterness and spiciness

Try it with… ideal to accompany crudités and on bread .Excellent on vegetable and legume soups,pappa al pomodoro, but also on grilled meats and vegetables to enhance the flavor
