Intense fruity
It was Luca De Filippo who gave this oil the name Ostro, a name dear to the seafarers, the name of the wind that blows from the south and swells the sails to bring back home and which curiously combines both with the toponymy of the estate than with the proximity of the sea. Shiny green with golden reflections. Dense and enveloping. It has an impressive olfactory power: it amazes the sensation of green, fresh, herbaceous with clear hints of wild herbs and a delicate note of celery. On the palate it explodes with bitter hints of thistle and artichoke leaf. On the palate, it enters decisive and persistent with an amazing spicy finish reminiscent of pink pepper and an interesting reference to rocket, typical of Leccino. A strong oil, suitable for large dishes, especially for game and red meat.
