The Terre di Zaccanello agricultural estates extend to the north east of the Agrigento coast, in Racalmuto. A land rich in citrus fruits, almonds, carob trees, pomegranates and prickly pears. Dominating the lands, however, is the olive grove, with the Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Gioconda and Bella di Spagna varieties, each characterized by different aromas and flavors. The spearhead of the company, Notte Tempo comes from special nocturnal harvests, aimed at safeguarding the olives from light stress and heat. It is in limited and numbered production and has been the winner of several international awards.
