    Ostro

Intense fruity It was Luca De Filippo who gave this oil the name Ostro, a name dear to the seafarers, the name of the wind that blows from the south and swells the sails to bring back home and which curiously combines both with the toponymy of the estate than with the proximity of the sea. Shiny green with golden reflections. Dense and enveloping. It has an impressive olfactory power: it amazes the sensation of green, fresh, herbaceous with clear hints of wild herbs and a delicate note of celery. On the palate it explodes with bitter hints of thistle and artichoke leaf. On the palate, it enters decisive and persistent with an amazing spicy finish reminiscent of pink pepper and an interesting reference to rocket, typical of Leccino. A strong oil, suitable for large dishes, especially for game and red meat.

    Toscano

    5,0018,50
Medium fruity It is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from selected olives of own cultivation of the Leccino, Olivastra and Raggiolo varieties. An oil that speaks of Tuscany, of harsh and hard lands to cultivate, where the scorching summer sun and very little rain make the olives grow very slowly and in extreme conditions. It has a very bright golden green color. Right from the opening of the cap, this oil emanates persuasive and very fresh aromas of aromatic herbs including sage, rosemary and fern. On the palate, strong sensations return with recognitions of artichoke and aubergine. On the finish, an enveloping surprise of pepper that leaves an intense spicy memory to the taste. The oil, well balanced, goes perfectly with the rich cuisine of grilled cooking, in the oven, with roasts and savory sauces.

    Garbino

    5,0018,50
Light fruity In homage to the Scovaventi tradition, the Garbino also takes its name from a wind: the one that blows from the south-west, better known as Libeccio or Africo. A wind that caresses the rolling hills of the Tuscan Maremma and crosses the medieval village of Manciano. It is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from selected Leccino, Caninese and Ascolana Tenera cultivated olives, harvested and brought in a few hours to the modern continuous-cycle oil mill that processes them within the same day. Tones of almond and green banana. In the glass the oil shines with a bright emerald green. It expands first on the tongue and then in the mouth recalling bitter but never excessive tones of sweet pepper with a spicy finish in the memory of paprika. The oil is well balanced and harmonious and will combine perfectly with fish soups and seasonal soups, to enhance baked fish and above all it will make a homemade mayonnaise special. It is even ideal for flavoring ice cream.

Medium fruity The Croci oil mill was born in 2004, with the idea of creating a family-run mill that prioritizes quality over quantity and olive yield. While it is true that in order to obtain an excellent oil, one needs first of all healthy, quality olives, harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed in the shortest possible time, it is also equally true and right to understand that the mill affects 50% of the quality of the oil. Extra virgin olive oil produced from olives of typical local varieties such as frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. Obtained from olives harvested from mid-October, it is pressed at a controlled temperature ranging from 24 to 27 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the variety and ripeness of the olive. Rich in aroma and with different nuances of taste. The new packaging features a "Bag on Valve" spray system is 100 percent natural, free of additives, emulsifiers and propellant gases, designed to allow all the properties of the seasoning to remain unaltered and to keep it always fresh, as if just squeezed. By pressing down on the dispenser, the contents are atomized exclusively by the pressure exerted on the bag containing the product. It is possible to save up to 90 percent of the seasoning normally used (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil), without sacrificing taste. Ideal for use in air fryers, as it allows you to spray a thin layer of oil evenly over the entire surface of the dish. Olive oil campaign: 2023/2024
