Extra virgin olive oil soap Made only with extra virgin olive oil (olea europaea fruit oil) of extra virgin quality and from organic farming, with sodium hydroxide, without using other oils (palm, coconut, etc.) and in order to do not alter the numerous substances of which this precious oil is very rich. In addition to the fatty acids (including unsaturated) contained in it, which exert an emollient, restorative and protective action for the skin, it has a fraction called unsaponifiable, consisting of squalene, alcohols, and sterols, very similar to the structure of the sebum and therefore able to restore the fat fraction of the skin's hydrolipidic film, in addition to the presence of vitamins A, E and D. The soap obtained is left to rest for 3 to 6 months to complete the saponification process. The result is an excellent emollient and moisturizing product, rich in vegetable glycerin which is not removed, but remains in the soap. -

Soft and purified skin thanks to the remineralizing and antioxidant properties of green clay. Produced by the erosion of rocks and made up of very small grains, green clay contains silicates, aluminum and water. In addition to its absorbing power, it also has a remineralizing action thanks to the presence of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, iron and aluminum, which are transferred to the body's cells by osmosis. Green clay also has antioxidant properties since it is able to bind to free radicals, responsible for aging, and finally performs a healing and disinfectant action on wounds, promoting blood clotting and skin regeneration. An important ingredient that, combined with cold saponified extra virgin olive oil soap, make it excellent in the treatment of oily, combination or impure skin. -

Medium fruity "I respect the olive tree and the olive, and the times of nature. I am known as a rustic taster for my connection with peasant culinary traditions. I am my oil. " Gregorio De Gregoris The De Gregoris olive farm is located in Sonnino, in the province of Latina, an ancient village of medieval origin in the Ausoni mountain range. The hilly olive-growing landscape is dominated by terraces and dry stone walls. From the 21/22 oil campaign was born "Blend", a full-bodied extra virgin olive oil, with marked vegetable tones of tomato, celery leaves, artichoke and dried fruit. On the palate, the bitter note is appreciated because it recalls rocket and artichoke; celery returns and, in closing, a sweet salad note is perceived. The bitter and spicy are of medium intensity and persistence. Try the "Rustico" extra virgin olive oil with fresh tomato salad, grilled (red) meat, grilled vegetables, bruschetta and legume soup. Light / medium fruity The De Gregoris olive farm is located in Sonnino, in the province of Latina, an ancient village of medieval origin built on the top of the Sant'Angelo hill, 450 meters above sea level, in the Ausoni mountain range. A place rich in history and mysteries, hardly visible and not very accessible from any direction, a refuge for terraced olive groves of exclusively itrana varieties. In this fascinating landscape, Gregorio De Gregoris, in 2011, decides to leave the construction sector to return to the origins in what has always been a family tradition: olive growing. "Olitrana" is Gregorio's uncompromising point of view on a quality extra virgin olive oil. Alone as an Itrana variety, this extra virgin olive oil has a high level organoleptic profile, balanced and persistent bitter and spicy, accompanied by an elegant hint of tomato, the typical and unmistakable one of the Itrana variety. Ideal with artichoke salads, vegetable soups, sauces with fresh tomato and basil, fish or beef tartare and more generally Mediterranean cuisine. Olive campaign: 2023/2024 -

Sugar is raw and unrefined. The Royal Colomba differs from the others because the yeast during processing takes the shape of a rose, the aromas are intense and to the taste, the acidity of the sour cherry blends perfectly with the sweetness of the dough which is homogeneous, proportionate, soft and well digestible. The glaze is sweet and crunchy. The magic of the dessert that hangs upside down and Maciste's creativity make Colomba Reale a trend all year round. A tip: try it with the extra sour cherry jam from Oliocentrica!
