Medium fruity "The company management has always been respectful of plants and nature in general, considering us to be caring guardians rather than owners" this is the philosophy of Rosabianca Trevisi, owner of the homonymous farm. An ethical way of doing olive growing that results in an extra virgin olive oil of great quality and structure. We are in Puglia, in the province of Lecce, xylella has postponed the production of oil from native Ogliarola Salentina and Cellina di Nardò olive varieties. So Coratina does the honors and amazes the palate with a herbaceous taste and evident notes of bitter almond. Olive campaign: 2023/2024

Francesco Fiortini and his father Sebastiano in the Chocolart laboratory in Itri have created another delight for all Oliocentrici friends: chocolate olives. They are the result of years of experimentation, study, comparison with olive growers, Frantoiani and expert tasters. The preparation takes about 10/12 days from the time of purchase of the olive (Itrana in brine), this is pitted and candied, according to the same procedure used for fruit, and then covered with chocolate. The types used are two: an extra dark of the Trinitario variety and a 70% dark chocolate of a single origin Cru from Venezuela. A contrast of flavors that you cannot give up in moments of relaxation. Ideal at the end of a meal and original in your coffee break. Very welcome gift!
