Over 100 hectares of land divided into vineyards, olive groves, arable land and centuries-old oak woods make up the perfect ecosystem of the Le Capanne farm, now led by Gabriele Mazzeschi.
The land is located in Val di Chio, in the countryside of the very green Castiglion Fiorentino, between Arezzo and Cortona, in the heart of Tuscany, the olive trees are native varieties Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino and cultivated with biological and biodynamic techniques, no pesticide and Synthetic chemical fertilization is carried out, thus ensuring environmental sustainability.
Le Capanne Bio extra virgin olive oil is suitable for various uses: perfect raw to enhance the raw materials used in the kitchen, equally suitable for use in cooking where it can act as a base for the preparation of dishes with marked flavors and fresh.
