Medium fruity The Croci oil mill was born in 2004, with the idea of creating a family-run mill that prioritizes quality over quantity and olive yield. While it is true that in order to obtain an excellent oil, one needs first of all healthy, quality olives, harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed in the shortest possible time, it is also equally true and right to understand that the mill affects 50% of the quality of the oil. Extra virgin olive oil produced from olives of typical local varieties such as frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino.
