Medium fruity The Croci oil mill was born in 2004, with the idea of creating a family-run mill that prioritizes quality over quantity and olive yield. While it is true that in order to obtain an excellent oil, one needs first of all healthy, quality olives, harvested at the right point of ripeness and pressed in the shortest possible time, it is also equally true and right to understand that the mill affects 50% of the quality of the oil. Extra virgin olive oil produced from olives of typical local varieties such as frantoio, leccino, moraiolo and pendolino. Obtained from olives harvested from mid-October, it is pressed at a controlled temperature ranging from 24 to 27 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the variety and ripeness of the olive. Rich in aroma and with different nuances of taste. The new packaging features a "Bag on Valve" spray system is 100 percent natural, free of additives, emulsifiers and propellant gases, designed to allow all the properties of the seasoning to remain unaltered and to keep it always fresh, as if just squeezed. By pressing down on the dispenser, the contents are atomized exclusively by the pressure exerted on the bag containing the product. It is possible to save up to 90 percent of the seasoning normally used (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil), without sacrificing taste. Ideal for use in air fryers, as it allows you to spray a thin layer of oil evenly over the entire surface of the dish. Olive oil campaign: 2023/2024 -

Medium fruity The Vasadonna estate extends to the slopes of Etna and takes its name from the Vasadonna district, the place where, once upon a time, the women of the village used to go to wash their clothes on the stream. And where could it happen, to a daring and lucky suitor, to steal a kiss from his beloved. Who knows how many times Salvatore Scuderi, owner of the company, has heard this story, perhaps in an olive grove where tradition is intertwined with the innovation of harvesting and processing systems, giving life to an extra virgin olive oil from native varieties and with unique scents. The La Ghirlanda Educational Farm is passionately dedicated to the dissemination of beekeeping in the pristine Carrito Valley (North Station of the Abruzzo National Park) and manages the hives exclusively with biological techniques. This makes the honey absolutely pure and guaranteed to the consumer. Savory is a medicinal aromatic plant (like Thyme) with the scientific name Satureya Montana L., the resulting honey does not have a constant harvest, it depends a lot on the rains at the end of July. With a light color and intense flavor, it amazes the slightly bitter finish with light notes of Caribbean coffee. -
