Medium fruity The organic extra virgin olive oil DOP Valli Trapanesi carries within itself the millenary scents of a strip of Sicilian land, located between Trapani and Marsala, obtaining recognition all over the world. The olives, mainly of the Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and in small quantities Biancolilla are harvested exclusively by hand starting from the first days of October, defoliated and pressed after a few hours in the company oil mill, after a stop in a thermo-conditioned environment to counteract the high external temperatures that occur during harvesting. The extraction method concludes the work and gives the PDO Valli Trapanesi Bio oil scents that will lead you into flavors that will make your dishes unique! The varieties of olives grown are Cerasuola, Nocellara del Belice and Biancolilla each with an organoleptic characteristic enhanced by the latest generation extraction method.
