Obtained from olives harvested from mid-October, it is pressed at a controlled temperature ranging from 24 to 27 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the variety and ripeness of the olive. The new packaging features a "Bag on Valve" spray system is 100 percent natural, free of additives, emulsifiers and propellant gases, designed to allow all the properties of the seasoning to remain unaltered and to keep it always fresh, as if just squeezed. It is possible to save up to 90 percent of the seasoning normally used (a 250 ml bottle is in fact equivalent to about 3 liters of a normal bottle of oil), without sacrificing taste. Prima Oliva IGP extra virgin olive oil is made from the first olives harvested in October, respecting the Tuscan IGP production specification. It is cold pressed at a temperature of 24° and follows an exclusive processing to obtain a unique oil. It is stored in a controlled atmosphere under nitrogen.
