Intense Fruity

Abruzzo as strong and gentle as Antonello Garra’s Intosso.

Antonello’s debut in the production of extra virgin olive oil dates back to 2015, with this mono-varietal that perfectly reflects the spirit handed down over the years by his family.

Spontaneous the combination with traditional Abruzzo dishes such as “Le Virtù”, for example, an ancient dish from the province of Teramo linked to the concept of making a virtue of necessity, or the art of reworking leftovers and making do with what is available in the kitchen. A brothy pasta, of various shapes, cooked in the Abruzzese copper cauldron, with dried legumes (chickpeas, beans, lentils), fresh (peas, broad beans), seasonal vegetables, meat (especially pork) and final aromatic herbs.

Enjoy your meal!
