Fragrance: on the nose it is decisive and enveloping, with notes of medium-ripe tomato, celery and black pepper, to which are added ample vegetable hints of artichoke, lettuce and chicory
Taste: broad and enveloping, tones of related herbs with evidence of chicory, lettuce and celery, balsamic aftertaste. Important but balanced bitterness and pungency

Ingredients: 100% Italian olives, harvested in the right degree of ripeness and pressed in Italy with mechanical procedures
Storage: away from light, heat sources, bad smells and in hermetically sealed bottles. Remember, olive oil is the enemy of light, heat and air
Expiration: within 18 months from the date of bottling (deadline within which you benefit from the nutritional values of the oil)
Use: every day raw or for short cooking at moderate temperatures
