“The olive trees have been part of my family culture since the first half of the 1800s. Documentary sources and memory cannot go further but everything suggests that the link has more remote roots. From a subsistence olive growing after two centuries we have landed in an olive growing sustainable, nutraceutical and heroic ”
Francesco Paolo Agresti
The extra virgin olive oil 501 Altitudo is balanced, harmonious, rich in antioxidants and vitamin E. The nose looks like a medium fruity, rich in aromas and enveloping. On the palate tomato leaves, aromatic herbs, vegetal notes, with green and very clear characteristics. Delicate with a slight prevalence of spicy over bitterness, it maintains a great aromatic consistency with respect to the olfactory sensations. Try it with vegetable and legume soups, tuna steaks and aged cheeses
