    Intense fruity The variety of Oliva San Felice is typical of the Umbrian Martani Mountains and takes its name from the Benedictine Abbey of San Felice, the olive trees have a majestic appearance and are not very prone to cold, which is why they are defined as Gifts.     Light / medium fruity "Basilio" extra virgin olive oil takes its name from Cardinal Vicar Basilio Pompilj, who lived in Villa Macciano since the first half of the nineteenth century and great-uncle of the producer Claudia Pompilj. The oil obtained from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo and San Felice olives is dedicated to him. Light aromas and a delicate taste, suitable for not very complex preparations, preferably raw.
