Eliunt comes from a selection of the best daily pressings coming only from olives harvested in our Vernazzano olive grove in Tuoro sul Trasimeno. Eliunt is the son of flowers and wind, he is betrothed to the stone of this hill where he grew barren and rebellious ,with slowness and with effort , on a sandy and draining soil, under the burning gaze of an increasingly frantic sun. . But above all Eliunt is the child of our naive folly that about 10 years ago led us towards a path of recovery of this olive grove, abandoned before our arrival for more than 20 years. A corner of paradise at 450 MT altitude and overlooking Lake Trasimeno that was waiting to be loved and considered again. Today after years of work this land is giving us its best fruits that we humbly transform into this extra virgin, sensory expression of the territory where it was born, little prone to compromise.
