Light Fruity The Azienda Agricola Bianchini Rosa project, was born from the recovery of Rosa's family business, founded in the 1930s in Calabria by great-grandfather Michelangelo. Grandfather Xavier - Michelangelo's son - fell in love with the Tuscia viterbese and together with his son Michele bought several olive groves between Lake Bolsena and Rome. And it is still here that Rosa and Giorgio bring their innovative project to life. Sinopolese is a cultivar native to Calabria. These plants adapt well to intense cold and periods of drought, so they are very hardy and adaptable even in the Lazio region. The oil that Sinopolese produces is a light and very delicate fruitiness with hints of grass, almond and green fruit. Olive season: 2023/2024
