Intense fruity
The Coratina olive takes its name from Corato, in the province of Bari, and extends throughout Puglia to such an extent that it has become its emblem.
Coratina extra virgin olive oil is distinguished by the intensity of the aromas and the bitter and spicy taste, with a polyphenolic (antioxidant) charge higher than any other oil.
Characteristics that we find only in quality productions such as those of the Azienda Agricola Oro di Rufolo.
State-of-the-art company oil mill, human wisdom, quality of raw materials and respect for the territory, here is the secret of an excellence that enhances traditional and modern cuisine.
