It is back in 2006 when Marina Isabella Lucchi decides to leave the urban chaos to devote herself to the slower rhythms of the countryside. She builds a house with her husband in Città Sant’Angelo, among ancient olive trees and lays the foundations of what in 2020 (in full pandemic) became the Azienda Agricola Gaia managed with the professional help of her daughter Giulia Grilli, marketing manager and production.
The olive groves are located between Città Sant’Angelo and Loreto Aprutino, in the Pescara countryside. The cultivars present are Dritta, Leccino, Frantoio and Castiglionese. Levante is a blend of Leccino, Frantoio and Castiglionese, with the addition of Dritta. It is the expression of the wild countryside of Città Sant’Angelo
