Medium / intense fruity
Oliva di Gaeta, Trana, Oliva Grossa, Cicerone, are the different names with which the Itrana olive is called, an elegant variety in shape and aroma, undisputed master of the Pontine hills.
Territolio Monovarietale Itrana is a tribute to a resilient plant perched among dry stone walls overlooking the sea, to an olive that benefits from the mild climate and the Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it, to an entire area that has seen the Oliocentrica project grow and that deserves to be known through an extra virgin olive oil with intense scents and balanced bitterness and pungency. An organlectic profile in perfect balance.
