Territolio Monovarietale Itrana is a tribute to a resilient plant perched among dry stone walls overlooking the sea, to an olive that benefits from the mild climate and the Mediterranean scrub that surrounds it, to an entire area that has seen the Oliocentrica project grow and that deserves to be known through an extra virgin olive oil with intense scents and balanced bitterness and pungency. Fragrance: Hints of tomato leaves, aromatic herbs, light notes of artichoke and almond

Taste: elegant bitter and spicy, accompanied by hints of green tomato and thyme that persist in the palate
