Medium fruity

It is an organic extra virgin olive oil obtained from selected olives of own cultivation of the Leccino, Olivastra and Raggiolo varieties. An oil that speaks of Tuscany, of harsh and hard lands to cultivate, where the scorching summer sun and very little rain make the olives grow very slowly and in extreme conditions. It has a very bright golden green color. Right from the opening of the cap, this oil emanates persuasive and very fresh aromas of aromatic herbs including sage, rosemary and fern. On the palate, strong sensations return with recognitions of artichoke and aubergine. On the finish, an enveloping surprise of pepper that leaves an intense spicy memory to the taste. The oil, well balanced, goes perfectly with the rich cuisine of grilled cooking, in the oven, with roasts and savory sauces.
