EVOLUZIONE – “Gli EVOluti” Award
Evoluzione is a project for the enhancement and promotion of quality extra virgin olive oil designed to raise awareness and train operators in the catering and gastronomy sector on the use of this food and to promote business opportunities.
Born from the partnership between La Pecora Nera Editore, an independent food and wine publishing house active in Lazio, Lombardy and Piedmont, and Oleonauta, an extra virgin olive oil enhancement company, Evoluzione is in its 4th edition and will take place on Monday 28 March 2022 at the Parco dei Principi Grand Hotel in Rome from 10:00 to 19:00 with free admission, reserved for Ho.re.ca operators, the press, tasters and tour operators.

During the day of 28 March, certificates of merit will be delivered to operators who are particularly attentive to the enhancement of quality extra virgin olive oil, renamed for the occasion “Gli EVOluti” and Oliocentrica will be one of them.
We sincerely thank the organizers Simona Cognoli (Oleonauta), Simone Cargiani and Fernanda D’Arienzo (La Pecora Nera) who immediately believed in the Oliocentrica project by awarding us, in 2017, the “Oleoteca Prize” and who today continues to support us with a recognition, that of the “EVOluti”, which spurs us to leave again with enthusiasm and passion despite the climate of uncertainty that surrounds us these days.
