Alessandra Nicolai’s A1980 selections are born from the love for the Tuscia territory and from the family olive-growing tradition.

The company has recently been established and is located in Montefiascone, in the province of Viterbo. Doing the honors is the Caninese variety of olive, also present Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo and Maurino.

The benefits of the sandy soil of volcanic origin, rich in nutrients, and the exceptional microclimate favored by the presence of Lake Bolsena, are reflected in the structure of the oils with a surprising organoleptic profile.
