EVO STORE TOUR  

Oliocentrica employs professional virgin olive oil tasters to lead tourists into the authentic world of oil and olive growing, offering a tasting of 3 types of Oils, often monovarietal and from three different territories. Starting from a disposable glass, we will cross Italy, using the senses, to discover olive productions of excellence and the solid link that is created between product, company history and territory. The tasting will end with a sampling of products on a cutting board with vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, olives and an artisan sourdough bread.

Price  25 euros per person – children up to 12 years 15.00 euros. (Including soft drink or glass of wine)

Oliocentrica offers Tours that explore the production of extra virgin olive oil in all its stages. Step by step we will learn about the short, yet complex, path that the olive takes to become a quality E.V.O (extra virgin olive) oil, within an olive farm

To keep company with the extra virgin olive oil panoramic views, hidden corners of the Pontine villages and tasting of traditional local products. Plus sea, lake, fairy gardens and archaeological parks.

In short, here is a possible day:

walk in olive grove and guided oil tasting,

walk in olive grove, guided oil tasting and dinner in an organic farmhouse
