Niko Pazienza is a young entrepreneur from Veroli, who grew up between dry stone walls and his father’s oil mill, with an innate passion for olive growing. Having recently become a father, he dedicated the agricultural project to his son Raffaele and to the hills where he was born, calling his company “Le Colline di Raffaele” in the name of his wife Sandra Lisi, a real hymn to life. The extra virgin olive oil comes from olive trees recovered from the state of neglect, the varieties are native to the Ernici Mountains, everything else is enclosed in the scents of its first production of only 600 bottles.
