Bosana is the most common variety of olive in northern Sardinia.
It is a variety of olive to which Accademia Olearia is particularly proud to the point of dedicating the name to the first Monovarietal produced: Bosana.
An intense, decisive fruity extra virgin olive oil obtained from exclusively green olives harvested and cold worked at the same time as the harvest. The product obtained is decisive, without compromise, dedicated to lovers of strong tastes and the tastiest dishes.
The maximum expressiveness of this product can be found in its use raw, in salads or in a pinzimonio.
