Storage<\/strong>: store in a dry place away from light, at a temperature between 15 \u00b0 C and 18 \u00b0 C, never in the fridge (humidity is the worst enemy of chocolate). Avoid sudden changes in temperature. \nThey are the result of years of experimentation, study, comparison with olive growers, Frantoiani and expert tasters.
\nThe preparation takes about 10\/12 days from the time of purchase of the olive (Itrana in brine), this is pitted and candied, according to the same procedure used for fruit, and then covered with chocolate. The types used are two: an extra dark of the Trinitario variety and a 70% dark chocolate of a single origin Cru from Venezuela.
